In collaboration with Smith + Drake, this project was an award winning full home renovation located in the rolling landscape of a Denver suburb. Our goal was to refresh the exterior and have the interior tell the same story. We preserved the stone façade and roof, while updating the windows, doors, gutters, chimneys, fascia and soffits. The interior finishes take note from the exterior palette by continuing a through-line of natural and neutral materials. Taking the interior of the home down to the studs, and completely reconfiguring the central areas, was integral to the design. Stately mouldings, warm woods, striking marbles and subtle patterns weave through the home, offering an organic, comfortable and approachable living space while also feeling elevated, current and fresh.
