In collaboration with Smith + Drake, this project was a full interior and exterior remodel on a half acre of horse property. It has a private, countryside feeling while still being very close and connected to the city. The design approach was warm minimalism, which focuses on clean lines - layering with limewash, plaster, antique woods, natural stones and vintage modern pieces to bring in soul. Our firm directed all aspects of the project from construction drawings, material selections, documentation and turn-key installation.
