Coming Soon - In Collaboration with Smith + Drake, this project is located in the heart of Cherry Creek North. The existing bones of this home were very easy to work with, but the spaces needed to be opened up and reconfigured to fit the lifestyles of the homeowners. We leaned into warm minimalism to bring in clean lines and modern touches, pairing that with antiques and natural finishes. We focused on signature marble slabs and stone tiles to create drama and impact, while also working with dedicated teams of artisans for plaster, wallcoverings and specialty paint finishes.
